Return Conditions


It can happen that you accidentally order the wrong item or it doesn't fit well, a delivered package is damaged during transport, there's a picking error, or the product itself is defective.

HEADS UP!

Due to changes by the producer/supplier, there may be a color difference in black/anthracite colored items. Items cannot be returned due to color differences.

 HOW DO YOU RETURN THE WRONG ITEM?


  • Indicate on the included delivery slip which item(s) you're sending back.

If possible, write down why you are returning it.

  • Cross out the items you're not returning, just to be sure.
  • Include this packing slip with your shipment (THIS IS IMPORTANT! Without this slip with your reference number and personal details we can't process anything)
  • Seal the package well and stick the provided DPD return label on your package.
  • Drop off the package at a DPD parcel shop near you.

Keep your proof of postage safe.

  • After receipt and inspection, your return will be credited and refunded

Attention! IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO REQUEST A DIFFERENT SIZE ON THE RETURN FORM


HOW DO YOU GET THE RIGHT ITEM / THE RIGHT SIZE?


  • Order the correct item or size via our webshop www.mepshop.eu.
  • Pay for the new item following the checkout procedure of the shop.
  • The item is usually delivered within 1 to 2 working days by GLS Logistics

REFUND


Is the returned item part of a clothing package?


If a new item is ordered in a different size, the price of the individual item will be refunded.


If no new item is ordered, the price of the individual item from the clothing package will be refunded, which is lower than the per-item price found on mepshop.eu.


If the invoice has already been paid, you will receive a refund via the original payment method.


ATTENTION!

Items not returned in their original condition and/or packaging will not be processed.
